Port Cities is looking for a Business Process Analyst with relevant experience in operation such as accounting, PPIC, logistic, purchasing, etc. At this position, you will collaborate with our customer and our technical team to build business solutions ( IT system for business).

  • Meet our customers (other businesses) and analyze their needs in order to design and model business process and detailed requirements. 

  • Along with the engineering team, you will formalize the technical specifications of the system (ERP, e­commerce,...) and prepare proposal for the customer.

  • Prepare training material and on­site presentation to present the new system to the users (customer).

  • Plan and follow the 'go­live' of the project, e.i. the transition period when the customer starts using our system.

  • Responsible to coordinate between the users (customer), the managers (customer) and our technical team (IT engineers).

  • You are incharge of maintaining good customer relation and maximize the benefits they get from our services.


  • 1-2 year of business experience (accounting, PPIC or logistics, a plus).

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Result driven and very organized.

  • Customer centric.


  • S1 Diploma

  • Degree in Engineering or Acccounting is a plus.

  • Language: Fluent in English ( Written and Spoken).
