Rules of Appraisal
1) Do not invent. If you do not have the knowledge to answer A question, do NOT ANSWER.
2) Each employee is assessed in regards to his current position. For example a junior engineer that has average knowledge of Odoo can receive a better score than a manager that has a relatively good Odoo knowledge (as he is supposed to have a very good knowledge).
3) Scale of answers:
10: Impressive 9: Delivers expectations of superior level 8: Fully meets expectations of position 7: Average performance 6: Below expectations
5: Minimum acceptable score 4: A change is required 3: Urgent change is required 2: Management discussion needed 1: Immediate warning to be sent
