Allnex’s Odoo ERP implementation included 8 Odoo modules used across ten trade stores in Australia and New Zealand with an estimated 160 users. As a result, the company's B2C business enjoys a separate system that helps reduce manual product and customer information updating between two IT systems, improves customer experience at the point of sale, and increases the team’s overall productivity.

3Sach Food, is a chain of 9 gourmet grocery stores based in Ho Chi Minh City (a.k.a Saigon), Vietnam. They offer organic, high-quality and naturally grown vegetables, fruits, meat, and other fresh products to their customers, as well as a wide selection of ready-to-eat meals they prepare in their Kitchen Studio. They are well known in the city for their high-quality products and great delivery service, but this was not always the case.
About The Project
Having all the information at hand, the project began at the end of 2019. Port Cities experts began with the implementation of Odoo’s eCommerce module, which gave them the foundation of what needed to be done. The next step was to find where the system bugs occurred in the previous implementation and then fix them. Finally, the module needed additional support to connect with some other functionalities, such as forms of communication, product availability across stores, delivery or pick-up logistics and payments.

Before embracing Odoo, Veolia faced several challenges in its PET recycling operations. They primarily relied on Google Sheets to manage their processes, a solution lacking data security and control. Furthermore, their 24/7 production schedule, complex business processes, and the need to implement new cultural and operational practices for user teams presented formidable obstacles.

Carrefour Mongolia grappled with a significant operational challenge as they navigated the retail landscape. Their existing system, an outdated and unreliable solution, was over-engineered, and they struggled to manage the core company processes effectively. This system not only hindered their ability to scale their operations efficiently but also compromised the accuracy of financial transactions. The absence of transparent processes for managing operations, logistics, and finance further exacerbated the situation, hampering their overall business operations.

Transforming Procurement and Helpdesk Processes with Mitsubishi Chemicals' Odoo Integration
About The Client
Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation in Japan, is Indonesia's largest producer of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA). Located in Cilegon, a coastal city on the western side of Jakarta, Indonesia, the company has three state-of-the-art plants, with a workforce of nearly 2,000 employees dedicated to producing customised solutions that meet the specific needs of its clients.
About The Project
Mitsubishi Chemical faced a challenge when they attempted to customise some processes in their procurement and helpdesk departments utilising SAP. Specifically, this customisation would allow easier procurement and customer-support data tracking. It will also help identify improvement areas, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Ultimately, Mitsubishi Chemical will be able to improve its bottom line. However, the required customisations were prohibitively expensive to implement within the SAP system. As a result, a decision was made to find an alternative solution to meet their needs without incurring such significant costs.
To address the issue, our team overhauled the Procurement and Helpdesk systems, and migrated to Odoo - a more cost-effective and flexible system. In late January 2018, Port Cities began collaborating with Mitsubishi Chemical to help them achieve their business goals of customising target systems.

Odoo Community
is a 100% free version of
Odoo. It contains almost two dozens of base Odoo modules. However, if
you are looking for full accounting features, barcode scanner, IoT or
multi-warehouse solution, it might be not sufficient to cover your
