We sell Odoo implementation. Odoo is a business software (ERP).

It is hard to convince people to implement integrated business software when they don't need it yet or don't have the time, so we need a "top of mind" marketing strategy to the be the first person to think of when a person wants to buy an ERP or Odoo. We want to rely on the following

  • Our website is the place where we convert visitors to leads or clients

  • SEO and Google Ads should be used to redirect people with purchase intentions to our website

  • Social media create awareness and help us to be top-of-mind of our targeted audience, and helps us to create our community 

  • Our community (newsletter, social media, followers,....) is where we want to attract people that don't need to buy our service now, so we can have direct access to them on a regular basis to promote our products.

we are looking for several profiles with several levels of priority with the details below,

 Job Description

Learning & Management

  • Independent to develop skills and help others to develop new skills

  • Follow and execute the quarterly marketing plan

  • Report objectives and KPIs to the Management

Website, Content & Ads

  • Define SEO strategy & visitor journey

  • Update website pages, content & design (with a CMS) to optimize SEO & conversion

  • Create blog articles to optimize SEO

  • Google Ads Management per country to increase traffic and leads generation on weak keywords

Social Media & Community 

  • Manage social media strategy

  • Prepare content, slides, and short videos for social media for our corporate channel, and to support our salesperson across regions 

  • Grow our audience on social media and newsletter

  • Use social media and newsletters to promote our products and services and generate leads

Requirements


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • Proficiency in English

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing experience, International experiences will be an advantage

  • Strong in data management 

  • Able to demonstrate a result-driven, proactive and reliable behavior

  • Fast learner
