    Job Description

  • Analyze customers’ needs and business processes.

  • Get along with the engineering team to formalize technical specification of the system.

  • Conduct ROI, GAP analysis and business process mapping.

  • Design documents for business solutions with detailed requirements.

  • Support the sales team during pre-sales with proposals and demos.

  • Help with the implementation of Odoo ERP systems for clients.

  • Coordinate offshore resources.

  • Create and maintain project documentation.

  • Coordinate offshore resources.

  • Write blog posts and support digital marketing activities.

  • Document requirements or contribute to user manuals.

  • Actively search for new colleagues as IT Recruiter.

  • Conduct interviews and process case studies with candidates.

  • Communicate with candidates about the positions in Port Cities CEE.

  • Cooperate with global HR team and co-manage our job advertisements.

  • Prepare job fairs or similar conferences to promote Port Cities opportunities.

  • Coordinate HR agencies and other recruitment partners.



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from Management, Economy, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar qualification.

  • Proven proactive approach towards self-development besides studies, i.e. member of student societies, NGOs, sport or cultural communities.

  • Fluency in English (B2+).

  • Fluent in French (B2+)

  • Good team player with a customer centric approach.

  • Passion for learning of different business processes (supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, HR, accounting, sales, etc.)

  • Knowledge of any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) is an advantage.
