Job Description
Be responsible for the accounting process which includes; invoicing, cash collection, expenses and treasury management as well as payroll and Accounting data entry.
Reconcile the accounts payable and receivables,.
Prepare and manage Bank transfers as well as the paper work related to accounting, bank, and tax administration.
Communicate with the Manager and/or Director on the status of your work and client issues as they arise.
Be responsible for the monthly and annual book s closing processes and procedure.
Prepare and review contracts (Sales, Vendor, Labor Contracts..) and any related papers.
Understand, propose and implement new financial processes.
Complete other paper-work related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Audit/ Accounting/ Banking/ Corporate Finance.
A minimum of 1-2 years working experience as an Auditor/Accountant or other related and or relevant role.
Business English proficiency; with good verbal and written skills as daily communication with other international team members and clients is required.
An understanding of Vietnamese accounting and Tax principles, as well as knowledge of Vietnamese legal practices.
Be a smart individual, willing to learn and evolve while being proactive in daily tasks

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
Our office hours are from 9.30 AM till 3.30 PM. You can start earlier or later depending on your schedule, everyone is productive at a different time of the day.
HOME - OFFICE DAYS
We have an option to work from home on Wednesdays (if you are not personally needed in the office) so you can plan your day accordingly. Working whole day in pajamas and from bed? Sounds good!
