Job Description

  • Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy.

  • Achieving and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

  • In cooperation with Sales Managers to overlook and manage overall activities of company operations and management including project delivery, back-office operation, accounting & legal related matters.

  • Work closely with the management team to plan and develop strategic goals for overall business to the next level, shape the business model and execute accordingly.

  • Ownership of P&L, financial statements, reports of the company. Take business initiatives based on data interpretation.


  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in  “Solution” Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales.

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience & understanding in ERP system implementation or software development/implementation.

  • Experience as an Operation Manager, Country Manager, or General Director is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Experience with managing a team.

  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.

  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

1st Day as Sales Director

Your coach & team leader will guide you through company rules, policies & explain everything. You will be on board with all important information and become part of the team.
