Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementations of ERP system Odoo for clients in Mexico and worldwide.
- Analyze customer needs and business process.
- Design the final system solution for the client, defining the customizations, preparing master data for the migration, training the end users and assisting with overall project delivery.
- Manage to deliver business solutions on-time and on-budget.
- Implement new ideas, experience and initiatives to the team, which can boost team performance, improve project methodology and improve satisfaction of our customers even more.
- Assist our team with conducting sales meetings and preparing stunning Odoo demo's.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with ERP implementations (Odoo is a plus).
- Good understanding of global business process.
- Knowledge of Mexican Accounting / Finances experience is a plus.
- Passion for IT & Motivation to learn new skills.
- Bilingual proficiency ability to speak and write both in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, clients & external partners.
- Outstanding written, communication & presentation skills.
- Good-time management skills with a problem-solving attitudes.
- Growth mindset and positive attitude.
