The Advanced Engineer will play a pivotal role in helping junior engineers to grow and ensure the client’s satisfaction level. Job Description
- Build Odoo Solutions: Design and develop Odoo applications supporting business operations for international clients across multiple industries.
- Technical Solution Development: Collaborate with consultants and senior engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Odoo Development: Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules following established engineering standards and best practices.
- ERP Integration & Automation: Integrate Odoo with external systems and third-party platforms through APIs, automation, and workflow orchestration.
- System Improvement: Support and improve Odoo applications to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
- Engineering Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative development practices across multiple fast-paced projects.
- Learning & Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, participate in knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or ERP application development.
- Python & Backend Engineering: Experience with Python backend development, object-oriented programming, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Odoo Expertise: Experience with Odoo development, customization, or integration is a strong plus.
- ERP & Business Operations: Understanding of ERP workflows and business operations across areas such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, or HR.
- System Integration & Automation: Experience integrating business systems, APIs, and automated workflows across multiple platforms.
- Engineering Practices: Experience working with Git-based development workflows, code reviews, and collaborative engineering environments.
- Additional Technical Skills: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), messaging systems such as Celery or RabbitMQ, or ETL/data workflows is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Good written and spoken English communication skills.
