The Animal Project (TAP) is a social enterprise that aims to bring beautifully curated quality life-style products to their customers together with the added value of the products. Their artwork is drawn by persons with special needs. Their products' portfolio ranges from art pieces, gift items, dinnerware to stationaries -- all with an animal theme.

Port Cities implemented Odoo that complied with their specific needs. Now, the Animal Project can manage applications such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Invoicing, Website, and Manufacturing in one ERP system.

The French-speaking Association of the North Shore, (F.A.N.S.), is a non for profit association created in 1998 by a group of families from a French-speaking background (French, Belgian, Swiss, etc.) residing on the North Shore of Sydney. Its mission is the promotion of the French language and culture amongst the French-speaking families located in the area, with special activities for children and adults. These activities include a bilingual program in a primary school, outside school hours classes and social activities for its members.

Port Cities started collaborating with FANS in December 2020, implementing Odoo to streamline its operations. They were looking to simplify data management and enrolments, improve their communication among their members, easily manage their events, open a personalized customer portal to allow online student registration for parents, and overall help the administration team to be more efficient. This has been possible with the OpenEducat, Invoicing, Subscriptions, Surveys, Email Marketing, Event, Website, Dashboard and Calendar modules.

The Patissier is a leading boutique bakery founded and based in Singapore since 2000, with a second store in Taipei. At The Patissier, they take the very best of the French baking tradition and techniques, and combine them with signature Asian flavors and ingredients, in order to bake delicious, creative and sophisticated desserts. Their handcrafted pastries and cakes are prepared with only the finest ingredients, and they are perfect for special occasions and to share with the loved ones.

The Patissier was looking for one complete integrated solution to replace their existing website, eCommerce, custom inventory and ordering system to better serve the customers (i.e. walk-in, via phone & online orders). Port Cities implemented a solution running on Odoo 13 Enterprise to help The Patissier streamline their Sales & Delivery including Point of Sales (PoS), Inventory, Marketing, Website & eCommerce.

The ThinkTank Team Pte Ltd is an enrichment school that aims to democratise education by creating a social hub where every child is equal. They offer classes for preschool, primary, and secondary students. Additionally, they provide 1-1 classes and international programs working with overseas partners.

Port Cities and The ThinkTank Team had a successful cooperation to deploy an Odoo solution for the internal operations process, including the application of Invoicing, Accounting, Expenses, Payroll, Timesheet, Project, Time Off, and Documents. Additionally, We built up the company website with Odoo website builder and developed the Open Educat platform providing portals for parent, student, and teacher activities.

Thicas Interiors Ltd., founded in 2008 in Singapore, is a company that specializes as an outsourcing distributor, designer, manufacturer, and service provider for indoor and outdoor interior projects. They have two offices in Singapore and one in Hong Kong. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, Thicas introduces their first brand of wood flooring: F-Squared, offering products with carefully selected great designs, textures, and colors. 

Port Cities was in charge of integrating Odoo into Thicas Interiors Ltd's supply chain system, accounting, and CRM management. Port Cities also assisted them in installing Odoo Studio and hosting their database on Odoo.sh.

PT. Ayunan Bulan International (Ticket To The Moon) is a Bali-based manufacturer of camping hammocks. Since 1996, they have been developing and producing innovative and useful products that meet the criteria of high quality, safety, lightweight, compactness, and durability.

Ticket To The Moon collaborated with Port Cities to implement the Odoo system, which streamlined nearly all core departments and processes. There is a supply chain suite (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Invoicing) integrated with the Manufacturing department, as well as a retail one on Point of Sales and CRM. Furthermore, the company improved marketing activities by utilizing a Website, E-commerce, and Email Marketing to increase sales revenue and brand awareness. For internal management, Port Cities assisted them in setting up the Expenses, Leaves, Documents, and Planning modules. Finally, Ticket To The Moon kept their databases in Odoo.sh and used Odoo Studio to create their preferred applications.

Vietrose is a bespoke seafood product provider for FMCG brand owners all over the world, with offices in Vietnam and Singapore. They design and manufacture a variety of ready-to-eat meals, as well as customize the products to meet the needs of the business's market.

VietRose plans to streamline their supply chain processes and chooses Port Cities as their implementation partner.  The Odoo suite including Sales, Purchase, Inventory are implemented. Additionally, to enhance their operation workflows, the Odoo Accounting and Documents are also set up.

Wira Agung also sells household furniture and equipment for commercial purposes such as hotels, cafés and schools. Their customers can have a look at more than 2000 products in their showroom in Padang, West Sumatra.

In cooperation with Port Cities, Wira Agung implemented an ERP solution that streamlines their processes ranging from Inventory, CRM, Purchase, Sales to Accounting and Invoicing.

Yoma Fleet is a one-stop transport and financial solution provider in Myanmar. Their services include vehicle and equipment leasing, rental, and sales.
